Funding Guidelines

At Pitney Bowes, the strength of our company is linked to the strength of the communities in which we live and work. Since our company"s founding, we"ve maintained close relationships with our neighbours throughout the world. These ongoing relationships have become an integral part of the culture of Pitney Bowes, and today we are more active than ever.

Each year, Pitney Bowes Inc. gives millions in direct grants, in-kind services, employee matching gifts and volunteer grants to qualified non-profit organizations.

Most of our Community Investments are in four areas where we believe we can have the most direct impact:

  • Education
  • Health and Research
  • Civics and Community Services
  • Arts and Culture

To submit a Pitney Bowes Grant Application, please review the Guidelines for Donations and Charities outlined below and complete a Grant Application form. Be sure to read and answer all questions carefully as incomplete applications will not be considered.
