Can't find your supplies in our
Online Store?
 

While we work to expand our Online Store, any supplies currently not available on-line can be ordered in 4 simple steps.

Before you begin, make sure you have the following information*:
  • Your Pitney Bowes account number
  • Your machine model number
  • Your machine serial number
  • Your Product Code Number (PCN) for required supplies

A Pitney Bowes Customer Service Representative will e-mail your order number to you within 24 hours of receiving this request (Mon. - Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST).

Tips
  • Keep a record of your Pitney Bowes account number, machine model and serial number, and supply PCN written down for quick reference when ordering supplies.

* To find this information, please refer to the packing slip received with your last delivery of supplies from Pitney Bowes or a past invoice.
