1. Agreeing to the Pitney Bowes Personal Data Privacy Statement

Additionally, we will store your personal information within a database located in the United States. 2. Exercising your right to review, modify, add, or delete your own personal information, including your expression of interest in employment at Pitney Bowes, whenever you choose

At any time, you may correct, update, or delete the information about yourself that you have provided to us. You may also withdraw your indication of interest in employment opportunities at Pitney Bowes. To do so, simply contact either the Human Resources department nearest to you or our Corporate Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise, located in Stamford, Connecticut. Please note that, if we select you as a candidate for a position in the United States, we must comply with the U.S. governmental regulation that requires retention of your application information for three years. This regulation applies even if you deactivate your expression of interest in employment with us.

3. Providing us with accurate information

Honesty and integrity are core values at Pitney Bowes. Should we determine at any time that you submitted falsified information, you would no longer be considered a candidate for employment with our company. If, after employing you at Pitney Bowes, we were to discover that you falsified information, you would be subject to disciplinary action that could lead to termination of your employment. Such courses of action are necessary to maintain the high levels of trust that people have in us.
