Sharp's Data Security Kits enable highly-sensitive information to be securely printed, copied, scanned and faxed, eliminating your exposure to data theft from memory retention.
The Data Security Kit first encrypts the image data and then overwrites it (up to 7 times) after the job is complete. Today, Sharp is the industry leader achieving the highest validation level as acknowledged by the Common Criteria(ISO15408) program, which is sponsored by the National Security Agency (NSA)*.
